Returns & Refunds
Your satisfaction with the products you order from us is our ultimate goal. If you wish to return any product purchased from our website, please contact our customer service team at +966567464437 or send a return request to contact@wonderful-kitchens.com within 7 days of receiving the product if it has a manufacturing defect.
We strive to make the return process as easy and convenient as possible by following these guidelines:
- Inspection Upon Delivery: Customers must thoroughly inspect the product upon delivery to ensure there are no damages or external defects. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the product.
- Receipt Acknowledgment: Signing the receipt upon delivery confirms that the product is free from any external damages or defects.
- Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled during the preparation period from the date of purchase, provided the product has not been shipped. If the product has not been delivered to the customer, the order can still be canceled.
- Post-Installation: Products cannot be returned or exchanged after installation and use unless a manufacturing defect is found.
- Credit Card Purchases: Refunds for purchases made by credit card will be processed through the bank and may take up to 14 business days, depending on the customer’s bank. Cash refunds are not available.
- Shipping and Bank Fees: Shipping or bank transfer fees will be charged to the customer if the product is returned and not accepted by the customer.
- Condition of Returned Products: For exchanges or returns, the product must be in its original condition at the time of purchase, including all accessories and product manuals.
- Return and Exchange Approval: Returns and exchanges are subject to approval. Products purchased during discount and clearance sales are not eligible for returns but can be exchanged if a manufacturing defect is found after the product is evaluated by the company.
- Exclusions: The return and exchange policy does not cover defects resulting from neglect, misuse, failure to follow the user manual, or using the product for unintended purposes, which may cause partial or total damage to the product.
- Receipt Confirmation: Customers must verify the condition of the product and review its contents upon receipt. Ensure that you receive the warranty card. After receiving the product, the company is not responsible for any missing items or damages.
- Contact Information: During the purchase process, please provide accurate mobile/phone numbers and detailed home or site address information for delivery.
